Shadow Men

A brutal killer stalks a bank manager, mutilating and murdering her in a twisted act of punishment. Aging, burned-out detective Del Stringer, demoted and drowning in booze, is thrown onto the case—his last shot at redemption. But when a second victim turns up, grotesquely butchered after publicly humiliating Stringer, suspicion shifts toward him.
